has anyone seen any info anywhere on the web about port and polishing heads?
I'm gunna try it for my first time cause I've just got myself a second head to practice on
 
also can anyone tell me the size I should make the ports on an L16 to give it as much grunt as possible
 
it's an L16, single webber (got twin SU's but haven't got them on yet), Ivan Tighe cam, extractors and 2 1/4" sports exhaust, 5spd stanza box and 4.375:1 SSS Stanza diff.
 
I just wanna work the head then I'll drop it into the 120Y this weekend.
the 120Y is in mint original condition, original colour (recently resprayed), stock hub caps, stock ride hide, even retained the vinyl roof, so even though it won't be super quick it should suprise a few commonwhore owners when they only give me a half assed effort off the lights thinking "pfff it's only a datto"
