seat belts and brake boosters

Hey list,   Just wondering if any of you guys have had problems with seatbelt mounts when putting enertia real (no idea how to spell it, hopefully you get the idea) seat belts in.... Mine was fine on the drivers side, but on the passanger side, boy it almost cuts your head off! are there other mounts lower? on my drivers side its mounted below the light (68 model 1600) on the passanger side its mounted like about 10 centermeters higher and 10 cms behind the seat. Just wondering cos I've had some complaints from passangers (I've never actually sat there :) )   Also, I was looking at my 120y brake master cylinder / brake booster. Are these any good for 1600 or are they a waste of time?
