I have heard that there are two different types of R200, one similar to
the R160 and R180- in shape, and the other from the s13/s14/200sx/300zx (I
have seen these diffs and they look quite different). This fits in with
the information that some R200 installations require panel-beating the
spare wheel well. The earlier one is said to come from cars such as the
local 280zx?s. People have said that these diffs can be imported with 4.11
gears and LSD for around $600. I know that I can get these local R200?s,
but they don?t have the LSD. I surpose what I really want is a diff with
the 4.11 gears and LSD, however getting both of these options in an R180
seems to be very expensive! If there is someone in Adelaide with such a
diff I would be interested in purchasing it. JMS and Adelaide Jap have
none in stock.
