Buying a second-hand turbo

List, I'm going to look at a T28 off an RB25 this afternoon that I found for sale in the papers.  I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what to look for just to make sure that it is actually a T28? I know to check the turbo shaft for any wear in the thrust washers, but how much lateral movement should it have?
