In the RTA handbook it explains that all left turns onto multi-laned roads must be made into the left lane! Right turns into right lane! Not too difficult to understand is it.
I'm the same as you Paul, I think people who pull out into places that their not invited get what they deserve. ps. The Cops still haven't called up to give me a ticket yet... could still go my way with the Cops... I don't have any insurance, which I told the Cops so they'd realize how much trouble they'd cause me if they decide it's my fault, which may in turn assist his insurance company to decide fault.
