List, I am after some guidance from some of the turbo guys on the list. I am going to purchase a turbo, budget <$1000, second hand, and make up a steam pipe manifold to suit. Here are my engine specs: 2.4 l20b, 7.8:1 cr, Heaps of porting, Over size valves, EFI, Water-air intercooler, Redline 6800rpm, >From the turbo, I want 14psi (for the moment). I have seen a to4 with external waste gate for $900, however I am unsure of the housing and wheel trims I require. Any recommendations about wheel and housing sizing would be greatly appreciated. I would also be interested if anyone has a suitable turbo to sell. Regards, David Thompson.
