The rb25 does have ceramic turbine wheel and some models also use a carbon composite compressor wheel.They say these arent safe to use at anymore than 14psi as they have a tendency to come apart although one turbo guy has told me that this is cause by a build up of carbon behind the turbine wheel that rubs and gets super hot which causes the failure.He said that he has seen as many running standard boost as high boost fail and reckons that the sooty jap fuels may have a lot to do with it.
