Chris,
That combination sounds quite feasible. Jetting can vary quite a lot
depending on porting, cam and valve sizes but what you have would be a good
start.

Subject: twin webber settings

Hey guys,

Ive got an L20 with extractors and twin webbers, not sure about the cam,
ive been told its an Ivan tie (?) works 72 deg cam.
34 - 74 --- 35 - 655 495 valve lift
XO - XC - IO - IC
The engine seems to make power from about 2.5 - 5.5k. does this sound about
right for this cam?

Also i thought i would check out my webbers and see what kind of settings
they had.

Carby: 2x 45 DCOE 13
chokes: 36
Aux vent: couldn't get out.
Main jet: 150
emulsion tube: F15
Air corrector: 160
idle jet: 50 F9
acc pump jet: 50

haven't opened them up so dont know needle valves etc.

Do these specs sound about right? Is there anything in the carbys that would
be holding it back from 6.5 - 7k?

Thanks for your help

Chris King.
