Sounds like stock efi head,The real way to tell is.   They dont have the two water holes for the inlet mani. Plus only two big bolts on the top side of the inlet mani not four. The head number is probley V912,same valves and combustium chamber as 219 SSS.   All L18E and Z18T have pionts in the dizzys...That I have seen and I've seen a lot...
