Rob, I'm not sure on that. I think the 240Z, the 20L(c30 coupe version )  and the C30 al came out around the same time in mid 68 and the components were most likely originally Prince adapted to Nissan. Interestinglt the Laurel is baged a Nissan Laurel? when all other vehicles were being labelled datsun????
