Hi Terry, To change the engine number you need to get a blue slip. The pink slip is the normal one for standard rego, blue slip is for cars that have been deregistered etc, where they go over it more thoroughly. If you either go over 15% increase in capacity or power, then you need an engineers certificate to get past a blue slip. A 351 in a falcon would have to be a pretty common swap though, so engineering shouldnt be too much hassle?
