The one I used was really hard bc you had to manually pop the bead and we
tore up the edge of the rim with the iron even though we where being
careful.  But on the other had it worked you just need plenty of time to
mount and balance them.

Anybody ever used one of those manual tire changers like you can get at
harbor freight?  Thinking about getting one of those and a manual tire
balancer.  Have heard you can get tires balanced pretty darn good with a
plain old manual bubble balancer.  Just wondered how good the manual
changer worked though.  Would rather have a pneumatic one though but
those are too expensive.
