NAPA in Virginia where I am has 12 oz cans for $35 and 30 lb containers for around $840. This thing is driven by your state laws as well, as in some states have restricted the sale of cans even to those with EPA certification. I've found Ebay to be a better (cheaper) source, you just have to be careful about getting contaminated refrigerant.
