Al Gore wants me to suggest a balanced plan with limited drilling and
conservation?
None of the politicians has a plan that makes any sense at all. On the left you
get the no drilling all conservation, likes all drive hybrids. On the right you
get drill drill drill, we'll figure out alternatives later, drive an SUV now.
Neither side is going to ever get anywhere because both plans have holes the
size of Mars... If either of them wanted to really get something done they'd
compromise. However out idiot-in-chief has his "if you're not with us you're
against us" attitude and appears to hate compromise because it forces him to
admit that somebody else might have a valid viewpoint.
