Little hands and a little 8mm wrench.  You are going to have to 
unbolt it to change the cable anyhow.  If the cable is trashed like 
mine was (wires hanging out) you won't get it clear shut until you 
take the cable loose.  Taking the cable loose is a good job for a 
skilled 10-12 yr old kid.
