I remember seeing ridiculous prices on new Macgregors and mentioned it to a friend who was heavily into sailing, and he told me "of course they are cheap, they are junk". OTOH, I don't think you'll find another 21' for that kind of price. Talk to somebody who does hull surveys and see what he thinks of them.
