Best luck with a spray I had was with carb cleaner and if the lock was really
iced up like it is now (or was last I tried it) it wouldn't do a thing...

Have you guys tried any of these "lock deicer" products? I don't live
where I get extreme cold, but I do go snow camping up in the mountains
annually. I found that if I put tons of lock lubricant (not deicer) into
the lock just before a trip, it seems to keep ice from forming in the locks.

I've tried the lock lubricant on older style locks, but not on the newer
high security "laser cut" Mercedes locks.
