I just did this job. I used air from my compressor with a shop towel
to soften the piston coming out. Keep fingers out of the way while
doing this! First piston pushed partway back in to blow out the
second. It worked fine. I reassembled the piston with the new dust
boot & heat shield and pressed it in by putting a steel bar across the
caliper and press supports then pressing the caliper down carefully
onto the steel bar in a hydraulic press...stopping when the dust boot
seats in the caliper. Worked like a charm.

by clamping one piston at a time with a C-clamp to pop the other one
out. 10 psi, Max,--
The best method I've found to get these out is to pump them
out using a clean grease gun and water. (Assuming they're
not ready to just pull right out with gentle pressure.)
The caliper threads right on the end of the grease gun,
and you're going to want to clean out the caliper guts
anyway. The pumping is high pressure but low volume,
so the extraction is very controlled. And no air-pressure
spring to slam the puck into you or the caliper,
breaking something like fingers or itself.
