Yes-the Patriarca family is one of the main NE families. Per Donald's message-one of the main mafia lawyers in Providence is named Ciciline-the Mayor's brother. So you are right-Snook won't make it even with a Lincoln or a Caddie limo. For the record I live 25 miles south of Providence just outside an old sea captain's and fishing village.
