OK, I'll bite ;-) What a oolong? A kind of tea? the flavor? brand? type? (leaves, bags, etc) or what?
My understanding is that there's green tea, which is just leaves, dried. Black tea, which is fermented and then dried. Then there's oolong, which is only partially fermented. All are the leaves of the tea plant.
