I hope this isn't going to become common. A mercedesshop member ran out of diesel in St Louis. He called MBZ roadside assistance. The local dealer had contracted with a local towing company to provide the service, apparently at the driver's expense. The towing service refused to bring fuel, even after the driver demanded to talk to a manager. They would, however, be willing to tow him to a fuel station for $85. What part of "free" didn't they understand?
