YOU IDIOT! This is not about free service for driver error! This is about
Mercedes corporate guaranteeing several free items. 5 gallons of fuel, a free
jump start, free roadside battery replacement (you pay for the battery). This
is purely as a "thank you" for being a loyal MBZ owner. You totally missed the
whole point of his post!!!! Think on that for a while.

If you run out of fuel on the side of the road I feel that it is completely
your fault and once again, you should be fined for being on the side of the
road due to that. You should be fined on an hourly basis for creating
*UNNECESSARY
LOSS* because of your poor judgement. There is *absolutely no* reason for
running out of fuel other than negligence and stupidity on the drivers side.
*NONE*. Imagine airplane pilots just running out of fuel due to things
"...no all of which were my fault" *MORON*. On top of that he expects
Mercedes to bail him out of this situation for *FREE?* This guy needs to
wake up and smell the fresh coffee, if Mercedes is willing to help out, than
fine, but if they don't, who the hell is he complaining? There are no free
rides! Both the tow company and Mercedes Benz are in the business to make
money. What an F'ing loser! I don't know where he's from, but around here if
you want a service, you have to pay for it, that's what AAA is for, you pay
and they *have to* tow. I suspect this is the type of person who goes to
McDonald's and takes back food because it isn't 3 minutes fresh or is on
welfare. I have to admit, I myself ran out of gas once but I do acknowledge
that it was 100% my fault and would have never expected for someone to bail
me out of it for free or complain about someone who didn't do it for free.
