That's what they hope. I'd add another 1/10 and think of 2.909 as 2.91. Anyway, unless you're in an oddball state like NJ, most of the gas will be pump it yourself. See how many thousandths of a gallon you can squeeze in without bumping the price up another penny. ;-)
