I'd second the subframe mounts - but I had one that had a broken spring on the 
lowest coil and it caused some interesting handling I thought at first was 
tires.  So I would try to check no springs are broken first.  Actually you 
could rotate the tires also to see if any has a defect.

Assuming all the links are tight and the alignment is correct, change 
the rear subframe mounts.  The behavior you describe in the second 
sentence tell me it is subframe mounts.  Your confirmation that the 
links are new, assuming the bolts are all tight and links are all new 
and properly aligned, that only leaves the subframe mounts.

I had a good indy whose guy did not tighten one bolt, and it behaved similarly.
