I owned SEVERAL of those "full size" (They are hardly as big as what is full size now.....park one next to an Excursion.)Waggies.......They are great vehicles.......The electrical systems can be somewhat of a nightmare at times and if it has Quadra-Trac the chain in the t-case should be checked. Be prepared to spend a fortune on gas. They will pass anything but a gas station and , from personal experience/abuse, I know they will take way more of a beating than you are likely to give it. Price still seems a bit high for an 80's model....I believe they made them until 91(IIRC). I never paid more than a couple hundred bucks for the rust belt victims I drove.

I'm kind of toying with getting one of these.  Seems like the price of
gas is driving down the used prices of all big SUVs and such.  This
one looks nice, but look at the under-the-hood pics.  What's up with
the driver's side of the engine?  Looks like there's something
missing---a bunch of hoses that don't go anywhere.
