He's a college student, so is making do. Seems to run fine and is pretty sturdy, but the gas is killing him!

A buddy of mine has one of the "old" Cherokee pickups (age unknown) he
got for towing it home -- needed a carburetor, I think. Pretty
distinctive now -- paint roller paint job, it really stands out! -- and
gets a whole 10 mpg!
