Interesting. Our Car Quest guys are totally top notch. The Autozone guys are hit or miss but generally if they're a miss they won't last long but they ALWAYS show up at Advance later on. I'll only buy stuff at Advance if I have to, like when I needed calipers in a hurry and Advance was the only place that could get them for Sunday delivery.
