I don't know the market value but there must be a profit to be made or the rendering companies would be glad to have wvo users siphon off oil out of their tanks.
Profit or not the government should have no right to confiscate personal property for it's own gain. What part of our Constitution says police, steal from and rule the people is the job of our government?
