You could remove the injectors to eliminate compression, then crank until you 
have oil pressure. You might need to do that anyway to get them running... 617s 
that have sat for a long time can be very reluctant, especially if it is a 
non-turbo.

Get one cylinder firing, then add in the other injectors one at a time. A 
little messy but it works every time.
