Reminds us how good the preheat system in a diesel MB is. My cheapo (~$30 IIRC) 400w Coleman inverter did the job nicely which leads me to believe the heater in an MB is either over-rated or the inverter is under-rated.

You will need an inverter rated for at least 800 watts, which is not one of the inexpensive ones.
