I think its actually a decreasingly nasty world out there but many people allow
themselves to lose their natural resistance by being too clean.
How does your immune system know its job if you never let it work?
Thats not to say I live in filth but I don't get too hung up about sterility. I
don't think I've ever had food poisoning except maybe that one time I drank
really old tomato juice but I'd been drinking rather a lot also...
