A couple years ago I bought (probably from Amazon) an inexpensive Toshiba TV/DVD combo which I've been very pleased with. Its an LCD but I don't think theres a big difference between LCD and LED (I have an LED computer monitor and while its great I can't really see much difference, the LCD it replaced was also great).
