It looks like Eaton makes a slap-on interlock assembly that mounts on a 2,3 or 4 pole CH series breaker; it is designed to prevent both the breaker it is affixed to and the breaker immediately to the right of it (calling the bus "up" and the lugs "down") from being "on" simultaneously.
The part number appears to be CHML.
