Electric AC and heat pump combined unit or you can just do AC. The outdoor compressor sends the refrigerant (heaterant?) to the indoor head units which are just a small heat exchanger, controller, and fan. Run 2 insulated pipes and a 4-wire power/control bundle between the outdoor and indoor units and yer good ta go.
