I am not sure I know what "comand" climate control is. Are there different types of climate control with different models? Sorry if its a dumb question. Also I should have clarified the "not hard sell" a little better. I was watching the car on ebay and it was also listed locally for 10 days. We conversed back and forth with emails and I asked if he would accept an offer. Then, yes, he is doing a hard sell. Sorry. Get a PPI, like the others said. Even a Firestone $20 inspection is better than nothing. If the seller balks at that, that is a bad sign. There is a contingent (overwhelming majority?) of us on this list that do our own maintenance and repairs. If you have to pay the dealer or an independent mechanic, big repairs can become quite expensive.
