It's amazing some folks you would normally think of as being intelligent when you bring it up they just think nobody should have guns, they have never felt the need to have one so nobody should have them. When you try to explain that is great they have never been in that situation but if they were faced with their family or themselves fixing to get killed it would be great to have one to defend themselves with.
