Here's a suggestion:

Bag of frozen medium shrimp (2 pounds?)
Packet of italian dressing mix
High quality olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Water
Fresh rosemary leaves
Big ziploc bag

Grill with a grate that has small holes, or a tray with small holes you can put
on top of the grill grate

Mix up italian dressing mix using olive oil, water and balsamic vinegar in
proportions as described in instructions. Pour into ziploc bag. Add frozen
shrimp and rosemary, toss to coat. Put in fridge overnight.

Come home from work. Fire up grill. Place grate on grill. Drain marinade
from shrimp, then put shrimp on hot grate and spread out to cover. Cook until
shrimp is opaque, about 10 minutes.

Eat.
