Freeze 12 is not a hydrocarbon and is not recommended for R134 systems. ES-12 will work, but why not just use 134? Or did you mistype and you're asking about R-12 substitutes? In that case stay far away from Freeze 12 -- it's a mixture of R134 and various snake oils and will kill an R12 system.
