I made one using a short (1/2" or 3/4") length of 1" PVC pipe, some
washers, a bolt, and nut. Kinda have to hold your mouth right, but it
worked to get the bushings in place. I cannot provide pictures, the
tool (if it's still together) is in Arkansas....
