Make sure the drains in the wells are open (they get clogged up easily) so whatever gets in will drain out.

The water is probably coming in around the rear window "seals" at the corners, or you are getting corrosion that is letting in water, or some combination of the two. This is happening on the SD, not sure what to do about it.

A window guy told me that replacing the rear window seals on a 126 was the worst job imaginable, don't know about a 123.
