Well, there are a lot of unlikes in there, for instance it hasn't been illegal to make new cars to sell since 1986, and you don't have to ask fedgov for permission to take possession of the used car you just bought and wait 6-30 months for the permission to come through. And you don't need to pay a $200 tax and go through that whole federal permission thing to put a muffler on your car.
