Check the obvious.  If you have verified that the oil pressure is indeed
low via a secondary mechanical gauge and is Ok.   Then the signs are that
the main bearings are worn beyond limits.   Drop the pan, pick the main
bearing furthest from the oil pump and measure the clearances with some
Plastigauge or similar.
