Acid rain killed areas, cleaned up air quality standards have helped. That
wasn't a "fad" but since its lessened it gets a lot less airplay, theres a new
boogieman today. It is as it has always been and shall always be.

So you've already done the research yourself on these areas, or are you
accepting the claims by the alarmists at face value?
How much have the seas risen?
Do you remember the hysteria about acid rain back in the 80's? Or the
"Population Bomb" back in the 70's? This is just the current fad. In
another 10 or 20 years, they'll have thought up something else...
