Isn't Cushing where all the pipelines converge? Huge storage tank
farms? Where the "Henry Hub" is for gas?

Depends on how you define dangerous. Pipelines leak and spill oil, one of
the big concerns the Keystone folks tried to ignore in Nebraska was
sensitive ecosystems. They claimed their poop don't stink...
