It depends on which laws. If "increasing enforcement" means vigorously
prosecuting habitual violent criminals I'm all for it. Keeping such
criminals off the streets will seriously lower violent crime rates. Much of
the efforts of the BATFE are directed at generating "scratches"- statistics
that look good on paper but do little to deter violent crime.

Actually, part of the initiative is to increase enforcement of existing
laws and rules.  This was an NRA talking point.  Anyone have a problem with
