The younger son drives the 94 S420, which has a full set of Michelins put on it less than a year ago by the PO. He was complaining about a shimmy or vibration in the wheel at highway speeds. I drove the car and found evidence of the shimmy at almost every speed, but it was most pronounced above 50 mph.
I had the car aligned and all of the tires checked for balance. The alignment was off slightly in front and one of the front tires had nearly 1-1/2 ounces off balance. He says it drives like it's on rails now. Dan Sent from my iPad > On Feb 16, 2016, at 8:53 AM, Kaleb C.
