The younger son drives the 94 S420, which has a full set of Michelins put on it 
less than a year ago by the PO. He was complaining about a shimmy or vibration 
in the wheel at highway speeds. I drove the car and found evidence of the 
shimmy at almost every speed, but it was most pronounced above 50 mph.

I had the car aligned and all of the tires checked for balance. The alignment 
was off slightly in front and one of the front tires had nearly 1-1/2 ounces 
off balance.

He says it drives like it's on rails now.
