We inherited a bottle of crushed dried ghost peppers - just a little dust is plenty hot (I order my Thai curry and Vindaloo 5 out of 5 hot). If you can see it on the food, it will be REALLY HOT. Habaneros are nice chopped up in stir fries, egg scrambles, etc.
