The service manual has some troubleshooting procedures, my Korengrish should work pretty well. I'll have to get at it this weekend, figure I can poke around at it as good as my guy. I'll have to dig out the warranty info but it is probably beyond.

I'll look into the gas and a gauge set too.

The installation manual / plan should give some idea of how it works, so
then you can engineer a test method or two.  Is there a big-a** start
capacitor?  Those are notorious for causing a no-start condition when all
the rest of the system is fine.
