The compliance costs (OSHA, EPA, Etc.) are much more expensive that the
labor costs for most industries. Especially when you factor in the
multiplication at many levels of compliance cost.
Of that $30,000 ER visit, how much of that do you suppose is compliance
costs?
Stuff the goobers back in their bag, and manufacturing will flourish,
and income will improve.

The EPA, OSHA, and other letter agencies killed manufacturing in this
country.
It won't be back, no matter who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania.
