Old spec was 5150rpm, +/- 150rpm, or 5000-5300. Later specs from the
WIS specify +/- 250rpm, which is a 4900-5400 range. Both are limited
by a setting inside the rear cover of the injection pump. I turned
mine up to about 5300-5400.
